◆ Position Hiring : Guest Service Agent
Female applicants, not more than 40 years old
Graduate of any four years courses
At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity
With good communication skills
Able to do multi-tasking jobs
Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with guests and management to their understanding.
◆ Summary of Position
Responsible for providing quality guest service as it pertains to checking in/out of hotel guests
taking hotel reservations; and providing concierge services in a gracious and professional manner.
